The largest digital tree in Europe

In 2019, the famous Piazza del Duomo in Milan kicked off Christmas with the lighting of the largest Christmas tree in Europe, composed of 100,000 LED lights. Thousands of people gathered around this towering 40 meter-high structure to usher in the festive season and enjoy a grand opening.

Ilmex made history with the manufacturing of this tree, as it became the largest digital Christmas tree in the entire European continent. Furthermore, it was constructed with pixel LED technology and featured numerous light and sound shows during several daily performances for the enjoyment of visitors and locals alike.

This great structure also offered a unique experience to those who visited it since it was walkable, allowing people to witness its operation and its spectacular play of lights and color from inside.
