LUXDEKO
The new product line presented by Ilmex by Ximenez Group has revolutionised sustainable lighting with 4.0 technology. It consists of unique designs manufactured using additive printing that reduce CO₂ emissions by by a large percentage compared to traditional methods.
Following the visual and conceptual line of Ecogreenlux —both in style and in its commitment to the environment— LUXDEKO presents a visual identity that reflects its commitment to contemporary design and sustainability.

Design without limits. Manufacture without waste
Additive printing, also known as 3D printing, is a technology that builds objects layer by layer from a digital model. Unlike traditional manufacturing methods, this process adds only the necessary material, minimising waste.
At Ilmex by Ximenez Group, we have adapted this technology to the needs of decorative lighting, giving rise to a new way of creating.
It allows us to carry out sustainable production, with material savings of more than 70% compared to traditional methods, without aluminium structures or polluting welds.
On the other hand, this new way of creating allows us to create flexible designs, organic volumes, fluid geometries and lightweight structures. In addition, we are able to implement a circular economy, on-demand manufacturing, recyclable materials and energy-efficient production.
This technology allows us to dream freely, setting a new standard in sustainable and artistic lighting, and is a key tool in our commitment to responsible design and the planet.
A milestone in our commitment to sustainability
Since its inception, Ilmex by Ximenez Group has maintained a strong commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment, which has led the Pontan company to invest in greater technological innovation, placing it at the forefront of energy savings in its facilities.
In 2007, Ximenez Group was the first company to set itself the goal of going 100% LED, gradually replacing all its incandescent lighting with LED technology, which is now a reality. Later, in 2022, thanks to the creation of Ecogreenlux, the company managed to reduce the energy consumption of its facilities by more than 90%, saving the emission of 3,000 tonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere. This achievement led to the Ximenez Group being recognised as one of the 101 business examples of climate action at the 2019 Climate Summit in Madrid, the year in which the Ximenez Foundation was also created to promote new, more efficient and environmentally friendly energy consumption models and as an active agent in the fight against climate change.
The launch of the Ecogreenlux product was another major milestone for the company in terms of innovation and sustainability, within its 80-year history.
