The international lighting brand has participated in the world’s largest Christmas fair with a spectacular booth its latest lighting innovations
Ilmex by Ximenez Group, the world’s leading decorative lighting company, has once again participated in the largest international fair in the Christmas sector, Christmasworld, being the only Spanish company in the sector to be present and bring its latest products and innovations to one of the most important events dedicated to the world of Christmas.
Under the name ‘Ilmex Dreams Factory’, the company showcased at Christmasworld 2024 a new concept of decorative lighting, with a 150-square-meter stand composed of numerous large luminous elements, which transported all visitors to their most childish side. Two elves, 7 meters high and made of ECOGREENLUX, the most sustainable and environmentally friendly lighting on the market, welcomed all curious visitors who wanted to see firsthand the work of Ilmex by Ximenez Group at this fair. All the elements that made up Ilmex’s Dreams Factory revolved around a common theme, featuring 4-meter-high nutcrackers, large portals shaped like 5 to 6-meter-high gift boxes, a large LED pixel bow, or even a vintage garland that allowed the public to interact with the stand itself. All designed and manufactured exclusively for this new edition of Christmasworld.
‘Ilmex Dreams Factory’ has emerged as one of the main attractions of the fair among all sector participants. Its visual appeal and unique design served as a magnet for visitors and onlookers, who showed special admiration for the multiple benefits offered by the product in terms of sustainability and environmental respect. According to data provided by the organization, this edition of Christmasworld saw the participation of companies from over 170 different nationalities and a total of 4,928 exhibitors, representing a 10% increase in participation compared to the 2023 edition. Additionally, a total of 140,000 people visited the facilities to enjoy the different setups and products surrounding Christmas that, from January 26 to 30, were concentrated at the Frankfurt Fairgrounds.
25th anniversary of the founding of Ilmex
For the subsidiary and international brand of Ximenez Group, Ilmex, the participation in the 2024 edition of Christmasworld has had an added value, resulting in the spectacularity of its designs and its assembly in the German city. The company celebrated the past Christmas the 25th anniversary of its founding.
Ilmex by Ximenez Group has been participating in the international Christmasworld fair since 2005. Thus, in almost 20 years of participation, Ilmex has brought to Frankfurt many of its most important and large-scale projects, such as the international presentation of its sustainable lighting product Ecogreenlux last year; the installation in 2020 of The Christmas Book, an exclusive tale over 7 meters high made with LED pixel technology; or the display of some of the Christmas motifs that have shone in recent years in cities as important as Vigo, Madrid, Malaga, Moscow, Brussels, or Chicago.
